Insurance Industry Job. Administrative Executive. Salary 30- K’sh 40,000

One of our client, a medium sized firm is looking for an administration officer to manage their office operations.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in the insurance industry working under pressure and will be responsible for the overall running of the day-to-day administration duties; Record keeping, Invoices, Correspondence, Taking of minutes in meetings/Arranging and circulating the minutes of meetings and following up issues and concerns of the company.

Other duties include.
Assisting with HR administration processes
Providing a professional reception
Responding to general enquiries
Scheduling and organizing internal and external meetings and co-ordinating events
Receiving and handling all telephone calls in a professional manner
Preparing and distributing reports, briefs and presentations
Maintaining an organized filing system
Handling the maintenance and contracts of office equipment
Ordering and maintaining stationary
Attending to other administrative duties as assigned
This position requires a mature lady aged over 30 years with a minimum of 4 years continuous experience. You must have the skills to work in a high pressure work environment and must be self driven.

Remuneration: 30,000 to 40,000 Depending on experience.
