Job Title: Field Sales Supervisor – HORECA
Reports to: Kenya Sales Manager
Main Purpose of the Job
Ensure full penetration for the portfolio of all customers
Grow the base of customers in the area of operation in the OOH Channel
Main Responsibilities
* Focus on HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafe) channel to achieve your activation and distribution objectives
* Achieve primary and secondary sales targets as agreed upon with Sales Manager
* Create and Manage excellent relationships with top management in the channesl that they serve
* Prepare & update a call cycle schedule (to visit every customer once per month minimum)
* Divide the area of operation into channel bases (Hotesl, Restaurants and Caterers…)
* Achieve monthly target & line sales objectives agreed upon with Sales Manager
* Prepare Customers’ orders and collections
* Coordinate with Sales Manager concerning promotions & marketing activities to be done for key accounts
* Continuous review for customers’ achievements to ensure a sustainable growth and take necessary action whenever facing shortage in their turnover (Consumer promotion, trade deals, activity…)
* Submit accurate and factual daily reports, reporting all competitive activities
