Summary:
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Enterprise Sales Manager will acquire, manage key accounts, and service their needs as well as develop revenue. He/she will be responsible for all revenue streams, voice, data, connectivity of the key accounts acquired.

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  •  Developing and implementing business plans and sales strategies for the market and ensuring attainment of the company sales goals and profitability.
  •  Define and control corporate sales budget and implement.
  •  Identifying business opportunities and synergy with customers in areas of cooperation
  •  Coach and manage corporate sales team
  •  Update on market information and developments, and define the market potential and priorities key area.
  •  Liaise with marketing department on offers for corporate sales.
  •  Fostering and building good customer relationships for revenue growth and customer retention.
  •  Understanding and identifying customer’s ICT/telecommunication needs through in-depth account planning and profiling.
  •  Understanding and appreciating market trends, competitors’ movements and industry information so as to service customers better.
  •  Carry out assignments and projects as assigned by the Head of sales

Job Details

Requirements:

  1.  Degree in a Business related field and a Masters in Business Administration/IT.
  2.  Post graduate certification in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage
  3.  8 to 10 years hands on experience in a Sales /corporate account management position in a Service or FMCG industry, of which 1 year must have been in a Managerial/Team leadership position.
  4.  Intermediate knowledge of business finance principles.
  5.  Knowledge of customer service principals and customer care experience
  6.  Excellent Negotiation/Influencing and Presentation skills
  7.  He/she will be an enthusiastic, rigorous, autonomous, pragmatic and energetic hands-on individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence and motivate employees.
  8.  Has the people skills to develop and retain the high-caliber talent needed to grow a successful company
  9.  Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
  10.  Highly results and performance oriented
  11.  Excellent team player with good Leadership/mentoring/management skills.
  12.  Membership in related professional organization
