We are looking for a highly motivated and result oriented individuals to fill the following positions:
Secretary / Reception 2 Posts
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Handling correspondence both incoming and outgoing
* Typing, filing and drafting letters and other documents
* Handling calls and screening calls
* Receiving and sending mails
* Maintenance of an efficient filing system of payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, documents and purchase orders
* Maintenance of petty cash
* Coordinate, liaise and make follow ups for payment from the customers
Requirements
* Degree in business administration/MBA
* Advanced Certificate in computer application
* Diploma in secretarial studies
* Good command of English and Kiswahili. French language will be additional advantage
* Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision in a busy environment.
* Ability to manage and prioritize challenging work loads
* Accounting knowledge will be added advantage
* Minimum experience of three years in the same position in a reputable organization
Laboratory Scientists / Technologists 3 Posts
Requirements
* Diploma / Bsc in Biological Sciences
* Basic knowledge in flow cytometry
* Willing and ability to travel widely/world wide
* Three years and above driving experience.
* Computer literate (basic packages)
* Goal/result oriented and has ability to work under pressure in a busy environment under limited supervision.
