We are a HR Consultancy company recruiting for our clients.

The client is in the Advertising Industry, producing promotional material. They are urgently looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who will also be in charge of sales.

Reporting to the MD, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing Sales and Marketing strategies.

Job Details

Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Overall responsible for the Marketing and Sales Department
•  Provide leadership and direction in the formulation and implementation of Marketing and Sales strategies
•  Contribute to strategic planning
•  Prepare budgets for the Marketing and Sales functions
•  Lead research and maintain up-to-date data on market segmentation, customer analysis, competitor analysis
•  Create and maintain visibility for the brand
•  Define and continuously evaluate the pricing strategy together with the top management team
•  Organise sales and marketing activities and events
•  Track Customer satisfaction and develop a retention plan
•  Set clear sales targets
•  Closely monitor sales performance and trends
•  Lead, develop and evaluate the Sales and Marketing teams
•  Report on Sales and Marketing performance to the top management team

Required skills and qualifications:

1.  Prospective applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree preferably in a business related field
2.  A Diploma in Marketing will be an added advantage
3.  Sound knowledge of Sales and Marketing strategies
4.  Minimum 3 – 5 years experience and proven performance in Sales and Marketing.
5.  Experience in the advertising industry is a definite advantage
6.  Excellent written and oral communication skills
7.  High level of maturity and good leadership skills
8.  Demonstrated creative flair
9.  A good team player
10.  Customer focus
11.  Ability to network and form lasting relationships with customers and other external public

Human Resource Manager

The client is in the Transport Industry. They are urgently looking for a Human Resource Manager.

Reporting to the MD, the HR Manager will be responsible for guiding and managing Human Resource programs, policies and procedures. The position requires a strategic thinker who understands the impact of people on the overall objectives of the business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Overall responsible for the Human Resource function of the company
•  Advise top management on best practice Human Resource Management
•  Carry out employee induction and placement
•  Manage training and development activities
•  Ensure all HR related documentation is well maintained
•  Policy development and documentation
•  Develop an attractive rewards management system
•  Promote health and safety
•  Implement and run a Performance Management system

Required skills and qualifications:

1.  Prospective applicants should have a Bachelors degree in a business related area
