Recreasport Fitness is an organization registered in Kenya. Recreasport Fitness offers fitness, sports and recreation services for individuals and groups, at schools and corporate level.
We are hiring staff for the position of group fitness instructors to work in Mombasa and Nairobi towns.

Prospective applicants should have the following minimum qualities:
* a diploma or above in fitness, aerobics or gym instruction; those with certificates must have not less than 3 years experience. 

* practical experience in aerobics instruction for groups 

* concrete knowledge of fitness for special population 

* able to write reports on work performance on a regular basis 

* ability to work with minimum or no supervision 

* ability to travel from station to station in the line of duty 

 

The job entails the following:
* conducting fitness activities for assigned individuals and groups 

* formulating fitness programs for the individuals and groups assigned to them 

* setting up schedules for service provision in consultation with assigned stakeholders 

* advising on additional services to be offered and any other improvements required in service provision 

* marketing the services of the organization 

* other duties as shall be assigned from time to time 

 

Successful candidates shall be offered renewable one year contracts with a negotiable attractive salary.
