Outputs and Deliverables
* High awareness/recognition of Plan's brand, principles, approach and mission/mandate in staff, key stakeholder audiences and the public
* Well designed internal and external communication productions – disseminated within required time
* Co-ordination of TV and video production etc
* Strong and productive network with local and national media
* Timely and high quality information in emergencies /crises
* Annual country program progress, program reports, surveys, researches and other communication
* Good quality Internal and external information such as fact sheets, press releases, articles for press publication (including Plan external publications i.e. regional and global)
* Constantly updated website for Plan Kenya
* Management of key communication channels including intranet/internet, journals, etc
Required Qualifications
* Relevant degree or diploma, preferably in marketing, communications, journalism or information management
* Minimum experience of 3 years in related field preferably with a large organization
