Expression of Interest to Provide Consultancy Services for Survey on Work Environment, Employee Satisfaction, Corruption Eradication and Customer Satisfaction
Moi University in its efforts to address and improve service delivery as an Institution to its stakeholders, customers and the general public wishes to enlist the services of a consultant to provide consultancy services in the following areas:-
· Work Environment
· Employee Satisfaction
· Corruption Eradication
· Customer Satisfaction
The firms should satisfy the following conditions:-
· Furnish company information by way of brochures if any or business name and physical address where business is conducted, postal address and contact persons.
· Previous consultancy work with similar or comparable institutions.
· Certificate of incorporation
· Affiliation/Accreditation Certificate.
· Trading license(s) Business Permits
· Company profile and qualification and experience of key Managers and Directors.
· Audited accounts for the last two years.
· Five major clients in the last two years.
· VAT compliance
Clearly marked Expression of Interest (EOI) documents should be submitted to:-

Be placed inside the Tender Box in the Reception area Ground Floor, Main Campus Administration and Senate Building, by 11.00 AM on or before 7th January, 2011.
The opening of the Tenders will be done the same day and thereafter in the Procurement Boardroom in the presence of the prospective bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
Moi University Reserves the right to accept or reject the Expression of Interest (EOI) in whole or in part and is not bound to give reasons whatsoever for its decision. Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
