Zetech School of Business (ZBS) is a subsidiary of Zetech College Limited. Due to our continued growth we are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of BUSINESS MANAGER.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The position holder will be responsible for the overall running of ZBS.
Among other duties, he/she will be responsible for:
-The day to day running of the school
-Ensuring proper and effective planning and management in the School
-Providing leadership and direction ensuring staff motivation and development
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-A minimum of a bachelor degree from a recognized university
-Must have business acumen; ability to link an insightful assessment of the external business environment with the keen awareness of how to grow the school as a business unit
-Ability to identify, formulate and effectively execute strategies to deliver the desired results
-Excellent leadership skills
-Two years experience in a similar position will be an added advantage
