seeking to recruit a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of HEAD OF ACADEMIC AFFAIRS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The position-holder will act as the educational leader of the college. Among other duties, he/she will be re-
responsible for:
-Ensuring quality assessment of our programmes and their training processes;
-Ensuring our assurance mechanisms are working effectively;
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-A minimum of a Masters degree in a relevant field; preferably with qualifications in the education
field from a recognized university;
-A minimum of 1 years experience in academics;
-Capacity to promote learning, teaching, research and development, in a university/middle level
college setting;
-Understanding of the national and international trends and policies in Education.
-Ability to raise standards, manage and embed organizational change;
-Ability to see complex tasks through to a successful conclusion within set deadlines;
-High integrity, professionalism, and excellent communication skills;
-Dynamic; has drive; energy and enthusiasm;
