Job title: Stock Controller.

Location of job: Chuka, Meru: The Option One Distributors Limited-(a leading regional distributor for fast moving consumer goods)

Purpose of job:

To manage the control of Inventory of products from Suppliers. You will be tasked with the day to day procurement of products ensuring that all purchase orders are issued to Suppliers and that customer demands are met.

Key result areas:
o Processing purchase orders
o Receiving deliveries
o Reconciling delivery notes with purchasing orders
o Stock taking and reconciliation of stock

Requirements:
Qualifications: Qualifications in purchasing and supplies.
· Business Degree an added advantage.
 
Experience:
· Minimum of 1 years post qualification experience.
·Computer literacy and knowledge of personal computers and software packages such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access.
Good communication and presentation skills at a senior level

Good planning and organization skills.

Strong report writing skills.

Dynamic self-starter with a personal ambition to succeed.

Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
