• Domain / Functional:
1.       Prior Working experience in the field of Finance
2.       Prior exposure to working on any Microsoft NAV application/product is mandatory
3.       Customer interfacing exposure is mandatory
4.       Prior exposure to Requirements Gathering, Gap Analysis and fitment, Business Process Mappings is required.
5.       Project management skills
6.       People management

• General:
1.    Good experience in software development life cycle and testing methodologies
2.    Good working knowledge on Process methodologies
3.    Good communication, analytical, problem solving skills
