Human Resource Manager (1)
Reporting to the Operations and Administration Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects related to Human Resource management.

Key Responsibilities
* Enforcement of Human Resource regulations
* Administration of staff contracts
* Recruitment and selection
* Preparation or annual human resource budgets
* Develop and implement training needs of the Organization in liaison with departmental heads

Competence required for this position
* Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Strategic thinking
* Personal Motivation
* Good oral and written communication
* Conversant with labour and trade union matters
* High degree of integrity and dependability

Qualifications
* Be in possession of a Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences or Education from a recognised University
* A post graduate diploma in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage
* At least 6 years successful work experience
* Demonstrate proven experience in supervisory/management role in the area of Human Resource Management
* A member of the Institute of Human Resource Management of Kenya (IHRMK) or Kenya Institute of Management (KIM)
* Practical experience in use of Microsoft Office packages
