Job Details

Technical Liaison Officer

This role, which is based in one of our Divisions – Dudutech in Naivasha, has the following key responsibilities:

•  proactive involvement in crop trials with production teams
•  ensuring systematic and accurate collection of field data through review of crop protection issues
•  assisting in industry and other audits
•  carrying out cost benefit analysis of biological/chemical and disease control
•  proactive participation in drawing IPM spray programmes
•  active participation in the scouts meeting to ensure all the issues on Dudutech products are brought out and sorted
•  ensuring that all the complaints from the growers are solved amicably

Minimum requirements:

1.  A Science degree or equivalent
2.  At least 5 years experience handling IPM related issues
3.  Excellent technical and interpersonal skills
