Customer Service Assistant / Switchboard Operator

Qualifications
  1. Minimum of Diploma in front office/Secretarial/Office Management
  2. Above 5 years experience in front office operations.
  3. The applicants for the above post must posses the following:
  4. Excellent communication and verbal skills.
  5. Management and Organization Skills
  6. Strong leadership skills
  7. Customer service oriented
  8. Possess good interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
  9. Team player who can work with minimum supervision.
  10. Be computer literate
  11. Able to provide basic information to callers.
  12. Able to work independently and under pressure.
  13. Able to answer and direct all incoming telephone calls.
  14. Able to type, mail, sort, maintain records and other duties.
