Job Description
Our client is a leading extensively integrated large scale estate in the Coast region of Kenya. The Company is looking for suitable candidates to fill the following position.

Job Details
The holder will be responsible for:
- The preparation and management of commercial seed crop production programs.
- General seed agronomy.
- Labour sourcing and allocation.
- Crop husbandry.
- Budget making and cost analysis
- Authenticating labour cards.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
- Supervision of crops across the board.
- Providing technical support and advice as necessary.
The ideal candidate should:
- Posses at least Diploma in Agriculture.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have good knowledge of crop production.
- Have supervisory and management skills
