International Organization with offices in most major towns in the Country is looking for a good Sales Executive to join their Training Services team to fill the position urgently.
Training Services Sales Executive/Administrator 2 Positions
Qualifications and Skills
* Minimum of a Degree from a recognized Institution with a bias in Marketing / Management / Business will be added advantage.
* Must have previous experience of working in a training environment in an organization which is ISO 9001 certified.
* Must be a good communicator with good telephone skills and the ability to deal with contacts at all levels of an organization.
* Must have good IT skills.
* Training on ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor course and ISO 10015 will be an added advantage.
* Fundamental knowledge of all training offerings and solutions.
* Business writing skills to prepare business proposals.
* Marketing and Selling skills.
* Communication and presentation skills to sell to different levels of the customer’s organization.
* Customer relations management skills.
* A Kenyan between 26- 35 years, physically fit, able to work long hours.
* Must have good Customer relations and organizational skills with experience of planning and prioritizing tasks and events.
Experience:
* Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in services industry, experience in training services will be an added advantage
Work Station:
* Nairobi or Mombasa but should be prepared to work in any other station within Kenya.
Terms of Employment:
* Contract, with possibility of conversion to permanent and pension able terms subject to satisfactory performance
Other terms are negotiable, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
