Deloitte Consulting, LLP is seeking a Chief of Party (COP) and other key positions for an upcoming USAID-funded project in support of the Kenya Medical Supplies Agency (KEMSA). Building on previous assessments and donor-funded projects, this project will strengthen the performance of KEMSA. The COP will provide the overall technical and administrative management and will also provide the overarching vision and direction for the project.

assessments and donor-funded projects, this project will strengthen the performance of KEMSA. The COP will provide the overall technical and administrative management and will also provide the overarching vision and direction for the project.
Qualifications Include:
· Advanced degree in a relevant field;
· Previous COP experience managing a large USAID-funded project, or similar positions of senior leadership with other organizations;
· Technical experience in relevant areas;
· Solid understanding of USAID and other government or donor regulations, procedures, protocols, and reporting requirements;
· Proven ability to build and effectively manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
