In addition, the company will also sell digital TV terminal products, related maintenance and repair services, and technical consultation.
LEGAL ADVISOR/LAWYER
Job Description and Duties:
• Experience in the following legal practices: Corporate law, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Tax, Conveyance, and Arbitration
• Draft and execute various legal documents, including supervision of the preparation of under seal and underhand entries in respect to the execution of legal documents
• Providing legal advice and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Handle lawsuits affecting the company and liaise with external lawyers on behalf of the company
• Excellent analytical skills and strong interpersonal skills
Qualifications and Requirements:
• LLB from accredited university
• Member of the Law Society of Kenya
• Advocate of the High Court of Kenya
• Minimum 1 year working experience in reputable law firm
• Commissioner of Oath and Public Notary is an added advantage
