Our client, an International Health NGO wishes to fill the position of Finance and Operations Manager – Kenya.

The Finance and Operations Manager oversees the overall operational and financial function of the organization in Kenya.

Job Profile
* Accounting & Reporting in line with organization and donor requirements.
* Reviews, plans and processes the local cash flow including fund transfers and requests to Headquarters.
* Ensures development and implementation of administrative and personnel systems in the country office.
* Supervises the administrative assistants and other office support staff.
* Oversees local procurement of equipment and supplies in compliance with procurement guidelines.
* Oversees the upkeep of the office, ensuring a constant availability of office supplies, needed repairs and daily cleaning, security, maintenance, including IT equipment.
* Preparation of annual work plan related budgets for project areas.

4. Legal Officer

* Must have an LL.B Degree from a reputable University
* Must have 4 -5 years experience on commercial Law and Conveyancing.
* Must have ability to work with external legal officers and follow up on any litigation work they are handling.
* Must be an admitted advocate with a current registration certificate.
* CPS(K) will be an added advantage

Full Time Faculty, Obstetrics & Gynaecology

Reporting to the Chair, Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, the incumbent will provide specialist services in family planning/ HIV/ reproductive health, in addition to general Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

S/he will be involved in teaching of residents, provision of administrative leadership and participation in departmental and organizational performance improvement activities.

Applicants should hold a MMed (Obstetrics and Gynaecology) or its equivalent and Specialist recognition in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

S/he should have at least two (2) years of experience in family planning, reproductive health and HIV care and be registered/ eligible for registration with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board.

Market Analyst

Reporting to the Executive Officer, Faculty of Arts and Science, East Africa, the Market Analyst will initially work as part of a team together with a major international firm in an initial market study, and will then lead a team of 2 to continue analysis of current and future demands of various stakeholders as well as supply and environmental factors such as student, faculty and staff intake and feasibility of various programmes.

Applicants for the position should have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area (e.g. BComm Marketing or Economics) with at least 2 years of field experience. A Master’s degree would be desirable. S/he should have an eye for detail, with exceptional organizational skills, and should be able to work with a fast-moving team in a goal-oriented environment. Prior research experience is desirable. The candidate should be creative and flexible.
