We are the first company in Kenya to be licensed by the Central Bank as a Deposit Taking Micro finance institution. In line with the growing business needs we are seeking highly competent professionals to fill the following positions: -
1. Senior Banking Operations Manager
Based at our Head Office in Nairobi, this is a management position reporting to the Head of Banking. Under general guidance from the Head of Banking the overall purpose of the position is to provide leadership in Banking Operations by development and implementation of systems and procedures that comply to internal policy and regulatory requirements with appropriate support structures/centers while ensuring efficient service delivery and Customer delight.
The key roles and responsibilities will be:
· Business growth and effective controls.
· Working in close liaison with the Head of Banking, play an active role in the implementation and management of the departmental strategic initiatives and special projects to ensure efficient service delivery.
· Management and optimization of all Banking service delivery channels
· In liaison with the HR Department, ensure provisions of relevant training interventions as per the identified needs.
· Timely resolution of service and operational risk issues across the branch network
· Establish effective systems, procedures and standards of performance for staff in the Department.
· Effective monitoring of the Departmental KPI’s and in liaison with Head of Banking devise corrective actions.
· To guide, lead and manage staff in the Department in a manner that promotes motivation, efficiency and a high degree of discipline and performance in all activities.
· Working closely with other departments, be responsible for ensuring daily first-line operations and business continuity support of the branches network .

Responsibilities
•Monitor release of budgets after getting the needed approval(s) from management to ensure no overspent;
•Maintain and periodically report on Total Trade Spread (TTS) budgets;
•Maintain comprehensive record of TTS ‘original’ budgets, shift(s);
•Assist in continuous development of appropriate reporting for analysis of Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP);
