Job Title: Information Technology Coordinator (ITC)

Reports to:Information Technology Coordinator Lead

Main Purpose of Job:

Team member of local IS/IT resolution group with regards to Business Applications and IT infrastructure. To restore the appropriate services to the User in a timely fashion in accordance with agreed SLA. Full first level responsibility for all IS/IT issues at site

Main Responsibilities

    * Ensure detailed explanations of user problems and call resolutions are entered into Problem Management System.
    * Ensure that problems are escalated in accordance with established procedures and handles escalated projects as assigned
