Duties & Responsibilities
The General Manager will report to the Managing Director for effective management of the Corporation’s non-conceded assets, business development and strategic planning to ensure business growth and development.
The specific tasks include but not limited to:
* Providing overall leadership in Marketing, Business Development and Research and planning activities of KRC;
* Evaluation and development of new projects and business opportunities;

* Oversee the collection of rent, preparation of compliance with lease terms and all required property notices,
