We aim to uplift the socio-economic status of our members by offering them high quality, affordable and diversified financial services and we are looking for suitably qualified personnel to join a well motivated and dedicated team in the following position.

FOSA Officer Ref. FO/2010
An ideal candidate must have good leadership, interpersonal & organization skills and ability to perform the day to day deliverables and process for the Finance function from cycle start to end.

The tasks also include the following:-
* Developing customer care plans
* Public relations management
* Coordination of customer service activities
* Internal team work and liaison
* Conduct customer care surveys and action on the survey results
* Managing enquiries; internal and external customers
* Production of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports
* Customer Satisfaction reports

The suitable candidate must meet the following minimum qualifications:
* A University Degree or its equivalent in a relevant field study and/or must have financial background.
* Diploma in Marketing
* CPA (K) or its equivalent
* Computer literacy
* Banking qualification (ACIB) will be an added advantage
* 5 years relevant financial working experience 3 of which must be at a supervisory level.
* Aged not more than 40 years
* An ideal candidate must have good interpersonal and organization skills.
